With a career rooted in public service, Karina Carlos bridges government relations, public affairs, and community-centered leadership. As a Paralegal at Bridgford, Gleason & Artinian (BGA), she advocates for survivors of the Maui and Eaton Fires, assisting them with their legal claims and navigating mass tort litigation related to wildfire damages. Before joining BGA, Karina worked as a Government & Public Relations intern at Bartell & Kwiatkowski, where she worked on lobbying Ryan’s Law (CA SB-311) in all 50 states.  
  
Prior to her legal career, Karina earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from San Diego State University. Additionally, she continued her education at the University of California, San Diego where she earned her Paralegal Certificate. She was an active member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society, and served as a Football Recruiting and Operations intern for the San Diego State Football team.
